Project Director

Each of Valmont’s Project Directors have extensive backgrounds in design, building, construction and project management and are all members of our senior management team. Your Project Director will be the primary contact in planning, directing and coordinating the pricing, staffing and scope of your fit out to ensure the successful progression and completion of your brief. Your Project Director is key to the initial planning stages of your fit out and ensures that the financial objectives set by you are met in the most efficient time effective manner. We design each environment to allow for both individual and collective space to change as your business grows.

Designer

Your dedicated Interior Designer is your point of contact into Valmont’s bright and enthusiastic design team. Our Design team pride themselves on being innovative and originating fresh designs. Driving the design of each project is the desire to achieve a reflection of the brand and culture of your company. The daily contact with your designer is diversified through presentations, site visits and meeting with suppliers to generate a design concept specifically tailored to your brief.

Project Manager

The purpose of your Project Manager is to ensure that your project is completed in a timely and safe manner and meets the scope defined by you in the project development. Your Project Manager is the hub of communication between you, your Building Managers, Project Director, Designer, Site Manager and subcontractors. Our Project Managers ensure all areas of construction are ISO and OHS compliant and your project is on track as per the programme created by you and your Project Director. With personal experience in fit out and construction, our Project Managers have extensive problem solving skills and have a thirst for high levels of client satisfaction.

Site Manager

Valmont’s team of First Aid certified Site Managers is trained to ensure your site is well established and organised. Headed by our National Site Manager and team of Quality Management Controllers your Site Manager has all aspects of site safety and OHS requirements covered. Your Site Manager’s risk management and hazard control skills guarantee the safety of all personnel and equipment on your site whilst maintaining the smooth programming of your project resulting in a timely proficient final result.
