  • Valmont partnered with property fund managers Corval and local leasing agents to formulate a unique approach to 3 floors of contiguous vacancy, as a combination of cold shell, warm shell, fitted and unfitted at 160 Ann Street in Brisbane. The brief was to create display suites that would assist with a varied on-floor leasing strategy.

    As an integral part of this leasing and refurbishment strategy, Valmont proposed a split floor display suite of Level 19.

  • The concept was boldly adapted from three key words: boutique, dynamic and flexible. Through careful planning this is exactly the type of interior suite Valmont delivered within the property, which presented a loft feeling with exposed beams and services and supporting modular elements to provide multipurpose usage and easy redesign of layout.
