Refurbishment

Building and lobby refurbishment, base building make-good, construction and fit-out. The key benefits? In brief: a well-considered re-furbishment takes into account re-usable items and reinvents their functionality in new and exciting ways. This provides a fresh fitout for a fraction of a new fitout fee.

Project management

We ensure that your project is delivered on time, on budget and to your satisfaction. How? By working with you closely from concept to delivery, keeping lines of communication open and consistent.

Evaluation

We undertake post-occupying evaluations for two reasons. Firstly, to remain aware of client experience and secondly to keep track of our own team performance. This assists in our own growth as a team and ensures that our clients’ experience of each fitout is clearly heard at every point in the process.

By keeping a close eye on expenditure from the beginning,especially at concept stage, we can dramatically reduce both risk and cost when it comes to practical completion.This is achieved in a number of ways. Firstly, our construction team’s involvement means that any concepts developed by the designers are brought to life in the most efficient way, remaining consistent with budgetary and time parameters. Risk management strategies are also developed from the early planning stages of a project,through collaboration with designers. Finally, and perhaps most crucially, we perform cost analysis and forecasting at each stage of a project. This eliminates risk at the commencement of onsite work, and ensures that clients’ expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
