Brief

Valmont was engaged by Centuria Capital Group to execute the construction of the end of trip facilities in the basement of Zenith Tower. The brief was to convert the existing premium carparking spaces to facilities for patrons, adding more value to the building for the its stakeholders. A turnkey solution for patrons of Zenith tower, including amenities, secure bike storage, showers, lockers, dry cleaning and bike maintenance services. 

Design intent and outcomes

The design intent was to create a space that is modern , stylish and welcoming for its users. The choice of materials and finishes reflect the stylish and welcoming objective. Inclusion of the green wall and skylights were used to bring elements of the outdoor into an enclosed space. Despite the existing constricted space of the carpark, the facilities turned out to be one that was bright and serves its purpose for users arriving at the Zenith Tower before starting their day at work.
